Services Provided
Apple Force offers repair services for Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more. We strive to provide high-quality repairs using genuine or high-quality compatible parts.
Service Process
- Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may be charged if your device does not require service, if the failure is due to non-Apple parts, or if the service cannot be performed due to issues such as liquid damage or unauthorized modifications.
- Approval of Charges: If additional labor or parts are required beyond the initial estimate, we will seek your approval before proceeding with the repairs. If you do not agree to the revised charges, your device will be returned to you, and you may be responsible for the diagnostic fee.
Warranty and Liability
- Warranty on Repairs: Repairs are warranted for 90 days unless specified otherwise. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the repair performed.
- Limitation of Liability: Apple Force is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the affected device.
Customer Responsibilities
- Data Backup: It is your responsibility to back up all data on your device before submitting it for repair. Apple Force is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Unauthorized Repairs: You must disclose any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to your device. Apple Force is not responsible for any damage resulting from prior unauthorized repairs.
Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be made in full before the repaired device is returned to you.
- Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. The total order price includes the price of the repair services and any applicable taxes.
Abandoned Property
If you do not claim your device and pay all charges within 60 days after being notified that the repair is complete, Apple Force will consider your device abandoned. We may dispose of the device in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms
Apple Force reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
